Refund & Returns Policy — The 92 Supplies
Return window: You have 5 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility:
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them:
- Stickers must be unpeeled, unused, and in original packaging (sheets/packs intact, no residue or bends).
- Include your order number or proof of purchase.
How to start a return:
Email the92supplies@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions and the return address. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Who pays postage:
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover return or replacement costs.
- For all other approved returns, you’re responsible for return postage. We recommend tracked shipping.
Damages & issues:
Please check your order on arrival and email us within 5 days if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (include photos). We’ll put it right with a replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items:
- Opened/used stickers (e.g., peeled or applied).
- Custom/personalised items.
- Gift cards and sale items.
Exchanges:
Fastest option: request a return, and once approved, place a new order for the item you want.
EU 14-day cooling-off period (if applicable):
If your order is shipped into the EU, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging. (Custom/personalised items are excluded.) Email the92supplies@gmail.com to start this process.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at the92supplies@gmail.com.
